Help a Kid Come Clean And Brighten Up Its Mom’s Day
As we approach Mothers’and Fathers’ Days our parish Respect Life Ministry wants to remember those parents who turn to the area pregnancy care centers for help. We ask your assistance.
Little gifts bring great joy to those in need. You can help by donating a simple gift to the Ministry collection being taken up between Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. All gifts will be given to the area pregnancy centers to help young mothers in need who choose to keep their child.
The season of garage sales is here. When you visit them, keep the pregnancy care centers in mind. The centers are always in need of items for infants, toddlers and expectant mothers -- furniture, clothing, etc.
Also, start cutting coupons for diapers and baby wipes to take advantage of sales. Stock up and help young area mothers keep their infants bottoms dry and their faces clean. At the same time, show people that the answer to a pregnancy is not abortion.
Between now and Father’s day please deliver your gift to the parish office porch. The Respect Life Ministry will take the items to the area care centers.
